The Process
We arrive at your venue and set up the sleek, branded Video Guest Book station — complete with a professional ring light, tablet, and custom welcome screen featuring your event name and date.
It's completely self-serve and intuitive — guests simply tap the screen to start recording. They can preview their message and re-record if they'd like. Our attendant is always nearby to assist.
Every video message is captured in high definition and saved securely to our system. Your guests' spontaneous, heartfelt moments are preserved in their full, unedited authenticity.
When your event concludes, our professional attendant packs everything down quickly and discreetly — leaving your venue exactly as they found it.
Within 48 hours, we deliver a beautifully compiled video of all your guests' messages — ready to watch, share, and cherish forever. We also provide the individual raw clips if you'd like them.

Set-up typically takes 20–30 minutes. We'll liaise with your venue coordinator to ensure we're ready well before your guests arrive.
By default, messages are private and only viewable after the event. This adds a special moment of surprise when you sit down to watch all the messages together. We can discuss customisation options if you'd prefer an open format.
Each message can be up to 3 minutes long. Most guests record between 30 seconds and 2 minutes — enough time to share something genuinely meaningful without overstaying the moment.
We primarily service Sydney and the greater metropolitan area. Travel fees may apply for events located outside this zone. Contact us with your venue details and we'll provide a complete quote.
